The organisers of the Chippenham Half Marathon do not collect information about the users of this site or entrants of the Chippenham Half Marathon.

However, in order to effectively process your entry fee, provide you with your race number and race details and to allow your race time to be recorded it is necessary for our agents, DB Max Ltd and Race Nation to collect and store your personal details in their computer systems. We use Race Nation to register entries and collect fees, whilst DB Max/iCompete will be the official timing agents and will issue the results.

Please note that in addition, if you enter the Chippenham Half Marathon using the online entry system at your details will be used by these companies, or their agents to send you emails containing information that they consider may be of interest to you unless you opt out during the registration process. The organisers of the Chippenham Half Marathon  may use these details to provide you with information concerning the Chippenham Half Marathon or other events organised by Chippenham Harriers.

Please ensure that when entering you read all the opt-in/opt-out conditions on the agent website. This will ensure that you remain aware and in control of any personal details entered on these websites.

When the results are produced, you may be given the option to purchase photos of the event. This is a service provided by DB Max/i-Compete. Chippenham Harriers will also publish photos on the website or typically, on Facebook, taken by volunteers at the event. Other competitors and families may also publish photos on social media sites. These are out of the control of Chippenham Harriers, as the event is held in public spaces.
