Race Pack Despatch Details
Race packs which include a race number, an IPICO timing chip and a race information sheet have now been despatched.
If for some reason your race pack does not arrive then don't panic! Simply turn up on the day with some identification, go to the Information Point which will be situated on the sports field next to the clubhouse and we will issue you with a replacement number and IPICO timing chip.
If you are unable to run then then we are able to transfer your entry to another runner. Click here for more details.. If you do not transfer your place then please ensure that you return the IPICO timing chip to Sport Systems using the postage paid envelope that you will find in your race pack otherwise we will have to pay to replace it.
Please remember that runners who knowingly compete in another person's race number without the place being officially transferred by Sport Systems will be disqualified.
